We purchased this generator last fall in case of a power outage in the future. We just took it out of the box and set it up. The instructions were easy to read and follow, and set up was simple. The tools were even included. I recommend this generator.

We bought unit (serial number 53FO823B2734) on 11-11-23 which did not produce power.
Westinghouse replaced that unit with this one which seems to be running fine as we have tested it and are breaking it in. Please update your records to show new serial # 53DO723B304. We did not receive the cover yet. Please send that.

Great Generator

Within a month of buying this generator, the power went out for 2 days with a hurricane. This machine ran like a champ & ran everything in my house, excluding range & dryer. At one point. I did not have the machine get enough air & it shut down with the CO2 monitor & red light was flashing. The sensor is a great thing to have. As soon as I better positioned the generator, it started right up & ran properly.

Electric pushbutton start and built in battery charging is a big plus. I've only started twice and used once but so far so good.
