Glad that we purchased the Westinghouse - WGen5300c. We had a power outage and this was able to handle all of our needs. Remote start is a nice feature.

So far it has been awesome. We got it to run our RV and camp ground when we go do outdoor stuff. It also runs key items in our house if we lose power.

This generator is lighter in weight but appears better built than my previous similar output generator. It's also significantly quieter while running - very important during household power outages. The remote starting feature seems pointless, because you still need to go to the generator to turn the battery switch on before starting. Overall, so far this generator seems well worth its cost.

I bought this generator as a back up source of power. I am well pleased with the ease of operation and electric start is really nice. Extra gauges with cut off function for safety is nice.
