Works as advertised when I tested. When power actually went out I couldn't use it because I didn't realize I needed to recharge the battery even though I had only used it briefly to test. A little disappointed about that. I am charging now, hopefully it will be charged and ready for the next power outage...

Disappointed bonus cover no longer available

Easy set-up. Have not had An opportunity to use it yet. Instructions directed the user to a website to register and receive a bonus item. Web site now states that the bonus cover for the generator is no longer available. They are still offering alternative of a power strip, but the cover was more useful to me. Disappointed with the registration experience as a result.

I have a second home in a rural area and the power goes off frequently. This generator is large enough to handle all our power needs when the electric goes down. It is easy to start and the noice level is acceptable. I was amazed at the quality for the price.
