The remote start is a game changer! I can start it with a push of a button from inside the house. Runs great, not to loud either.

Remote start!!!
If you’ve ever had to get up in the middle of the night while camping to go shut your generator off then you know when I say this is a fantastic feature. So far I’m loving this generator

Exactly what I expected

Everything was packed well, product arrived undamaged. After going through the manual, adding oil and gas, it started right up, and ran for several hours with no hiccups. Very sturdy generator, very good output power, decent price for a generator in this price range. Would definitely recommend to anyone.

Broke after 1 day

I purchased this generator brand new. After several hours of use - the generator shut off. The flywheel came loose and tore the ignition coil and created a hole in the engine block. I was very upset.
No, I would not recommend this to a friend.

Bought this as we just moved to an area that seems to have power outages frequently. Havent used this yet but it is all ready to go. .

Great features/Easy to Operate

Ordered in February after a lengthy power outage. Did my research and landed on this model based on features, output, price and reviews. Unfortunately I did not receive the unit before the next ice storm hit leaving us without power for several days. Therefore, I have not used the item n a "real world" scenario. I have un-boxed and started the unit and operated flawlessly during my tests Runs quiet compared to other generators I've operated in the past (reviews were mixed on this point). Wife loves the remote start and feels comfortable operating in an emergency situation if left alone. Just waiting on mother nature at this point but feel confident and prepared with adequate backup power ready and waiting.
