The first WGren 7500 had a lot of problems, no power at outlets, electric & remote start would not work but, Ray & the whole service department were great to work with. They shipped me another WGen 7500 & so far everything is working. Great service with Westinghouse. Thanks

Set up was extremely easy. The generator even came with a supply of lube oil. The unit started right up and the remote start is a great feature.

Great Product - Great Service

I've had my 7500/9000 Generator for 18 months now. Due to building a new home, I've needed to use it A LOT. Needless to say it has over 1400 hours on it. I've had a few minor hic-cups along the way - but the service that I have recieved has been top notch! Highly recommend!

Easy assembly, engine started first push of the button

Bought to replace a 13 year old 6500w troybuilt generator that died on us during Irma. Assembly was easy and all parts were included. Instructions were straightforward. Engine fired up with the first push of the electric start button. Exhaust noise was noticably quiter than our old generator. Overall very impressed and in agreement with the reviews that i read before purchasing

Excellent choice for portable power during outages.

I received the unit a couple of days before Hurricane Irma visited Florida. I unboxed the unit, assembled the wheels, connected the battery, added the engine oil, fueled the unit and initiated a start via the remote control. The unit came up and ran flawlessly for 5 days straight (less shutdown for refueling). A true field test under fire. It was truly a saving grace. The unit has many nice features including the remote start, low oil cutoff and 10 hour run time at 50% load.
