I bought this during a power outage that lasted 3 days. It kept my refrigerators and freezer going without any hesitation and will be wiring my house for it to be able to power everything for next time.

Power outage likelihood demands I have backup electricity for running essentials. Our last outage was all I needed to take action. I looked at several popular names and what did it for me was the power ratings and price not to mention GE being the name brand on this dude. If weight is any indicator, this is a quality unit! She's heavy!

Bought this Aug.6th ....added gas, oil ,connected the battery and started right up...quality generator...remote control is a nice touch...ready for hurricane season now....

Our first generator was damaged upon delivery, and it happened to be at a time where Arkansas was hit with a Tornado and Florida had been hit with a Hurricane, they worked to get us our product. I found the best way to work with them was through where we had purchased the generator! We are now prepared for the next storm - but are hoping it’s a LONG time away! In the meantime we will use our new generator for running power equipment outdoors!
