Remote Tripping

I had put maybe 10 hours on the unit without issue running power equipment. But then I tried using the remote start. It starts with the remote fine, but in doing so, it trips the breaker if anything is plugged in. Even low-power tools that aren't even currently running. Kind of makes the remote pointless when I have to run down the generator to reset the breaker every time.

Bought this yesterday due to a major storm in Cleveland. Directions were clear to setup and get the generator up and running. The 6+ gas tank is awesome. Plus the included cable was very helpful

A quality product for a fair price

A very complete package for a decent price. I have a similar capacity brand X generator on which I had to pay extra for the wheel and handle kit, the battery, and a warranty beyond the 90 day included warranty. the WGen7500c generator comes with wheel, handle, remote start, and a three year warranty for much less money. Seems to be well built. It is ready when I need it.
