The only assembly needed is to put wheels on. Started right up with remote. Tested fine, but haven't had to use yet.

Will use this to power my house during New England outages. Flipped my transfer switch from line power to gen power, and not a flicker. Handles my well pump, 2 septic pumps, fridge, and most everything else in my house. Obviously need to watch it with things like: clothes dryer, electric oven, etc., but really, this gen handles what I need without complaint!

Nice product for home power loss resulting from bad weather. Very easy push-button start or standard pull cord. Cold starts usually take two attempts. Well-constructed. 4 standard 120V receptacles plus 1 240V twist lock receptacle. A nice bonus feature is the plug-in AC/DC trickle charger to keep the starter battery charged.
