Received unit in a very timely manner , I found no issues with generator out the box. I followed all direction and push the start button the unit started immediately . I check the voltage output on the unit and it read 243 Volts , I checked with my voltage tester and got the same reading. Very pleased with Generator . I'm hoping it will function as well when the power goes off. Thanks
Highly recommended by Consumer Reports. I purchased this generator for emergency power. I also installed a 6 circuit transfer switch so it will seamlessly operate several select circuits in my home. The generator is super easy to operate right out of the box. I added the oil and gas. The auto start feature had the engine running in seconds. The manual pull start it fired right up. Like all other generators at this price point it is a bit loud. But, during an emergency situation I am sure my neighbors will enjoy the bottle of Jack I'll send over.
Works fine, but fit and finish off making assembly difficult

I picked this model due to features and good reviews. During assembly I discovered that one of the nuts welded to the frame to attach the feet was off-center. Because the nut didn't align with the hole in the frame, the bolt to attach on of the feet could not be threaded. I had to thread the bolt in backwards up to where the nut was welded to the frame protect the threads on the nut, then grind the hole in the frame larger with a dremel. Then I was able to thread the bolt through properly. So much for quick and easy assembly. Had this been a Harbor Freight product, I wouldn't have been surprised by this, but I expected better from Westinghouse.
