Excellent generator with quality features for the money

i did alot of research and found that for the money the wgen 7500 had the features i wanted. it has the electric start with remote and also has a backup pull start. it comes with easy assembly instructions for the wheels and adding the oil. very satisfied with purchase.

Quieter than I expected with plenty of power

I picked up one of these as an "insurance policy" when I moved into my new house. So far, I haven't had a "need" to use it, but I have run it for some shorter periods of time (an hour or so) to test it out and make sure both it and my transfer switch were working properly. I'm very pleased with the power output (I can run most of my house on it......but it's a small house) and the engine noise is much less than I expected.

Very nice Generator - First test successful

Just completed first test of powering my mother's home and all is well. Pretty much powered every thing in the home except Stove, Washer/Dryer, Dishwasher etc. Ran for an hour and everything connected to the Westinghouse generator ran normally. After receiving the generator, I installed the wheels and front legs (pads) (very easy to install by the way). I noticed that the wheels (no flat) had bearing installed instead of bushings, a very nice touch and a good sign this is a quality machine. Added the supplied oil and pulled the pull cord several times to "Prime" the oil pump before starting. Added gas and started the generator still using the pull starter and fired up on the second pull. Ran it for one hour for the break-in. No issues what's so ever. Connecting the supplied battery was an easy task also. Pressing the Start button on the side provides an instant start and even the choke works automatically. I also tested the remote start and it worked like it should but I don't see me using it. This generator is replacing an 12 year old Onan generator with +600 hours so it has a big challenge ahead of it.

this generator is easy to start with remote start, electric push start, and pull start for back up. it has a charging port for the battery and it included the charging cable.

Highly recommend if you have a well. I have a 1hp well pump and no generator surging when the pump kick in.

Purchased this generator based on the high reviews and 3 year warranty. Was delivered on time with no damage. Really like the remote start/stop feature, generator is fairly quite for it's size. Wired in an interlock system on my service panel which allows me to plug it in and power whatever circuits I need. Very pleased!
