Electric start doest work

Westinghouse is attempting to help troubleshoot so, if it gets figured out I will update review. Pull started first try. Runs much quieter than my previous generator. I want to love it , but I hate when something doesn't operate as advertised when it arrives.
No, I would not recommend this to a friend.

I bought this, mainly for the namebrand, such a great name and it looks like it fits our needs. I’m sure it’ll last us forever. Just gotta figure out how to use it.

Easy to start and run

I purchased this yesterday and after assembling it was in a hurry to check it out. I'm a senior citizen and sometimes needed help in starting my old pull cord only generator. On this one all I had to do was push a button and it started right up. The only drawback is the handle does not lock in the up position in order to push down and raise the wheels. This is a disadvantage for me because I have to lift it over a 3" threshold of my storage area. I'm almost wishing power would go out so I can hook it up and have power to my well, refrigerator, coffee maker and microwave. It has that much power.

Just what we needed for our power outages here in Alaska. Powers our 3 freezers ,two refrigerators and lights for the house.
