Works flawlessly

Came in, unpacked, had it running in under 15 minutes. Not a problem in that process. Only flaw I found was instructions say to connect the negative battery post to ground, but it turns out the positive battery post was also disconnected. Only flaw. I wired it myself, using an interlock for my square-D load center. Also bought a panel with two watt meters for the two power legs so that I could see what we were connecting. Easily runs two furnaces for heating, plenty of lights, and outlets for network, AT&T u-verse, 3 TVs and our side-by-side refrigerator freezer. And can also use 1 or 2 stove top elements if needed. Glad to say these 24 hour power outages will no longer cause us headaches. Highly recommend this thing, particularly when comparing prices vs functionality.

Perfect for my needs

I was considering a whole house permanent generator when I saw this portable generator. It proved to be perfect for my needs when I lose power to the house. It is not often that I lose power but this generator is perfect for when that happens. I really like the electric start and remote start capability. The battery trickle charge transformer is great for keeping the battery charged.

I received my WGen7500 when promised and the setup was a snap. First time start - no issues. One thing to watch out for is the battery connection pictured in the quick reference guide is wrong. Follow the text. Red to positive and Black to negative. Once started I found it much quieter than expected!

After researching online I went for the wGen7500!! I was thrilled with the machine when it arrived, this thing is solidly built!! Unpacked it for it assembled, added the oil and gas, it fired right up on the first push!!
