We bought it to power our house during the emergency outages common in the area. We choose this particular model as it was recommended to us by the previous house owner who claimed he was able to keep the whole house powered for 12h on one fuel tank. We have not yet have a chance to try it in the emergency situation, but it seems to be a decent machine and very intuitive to use.
just got WGEN7500. Product delivered fast, no damage in shipping. Added oil, gas tomorrow and will test it out. Need fuel and stabilizer before running. So far so good.
The unit appears to be well made. With the exception of a stripped nut & bolt on the (-) pole of the battery, which was difficult to remove and then re-attach, the assembly instructions were straight forward. I've requested a replacement nut and bolt for the one that was stripped through Customer Support. The unit started easily during my initial testing. I cannot provide any additional information until our next power outage or I use the unit for an extended of time. Based on my initial impression of the unit I would recommend the unit.
