I had been toying with the idea of buying a generator for several years, but kept putting it off. I finally bit the bullet and got this one. Boy am I glad I did! A severe thunderstorm with 80 mph (hurricane force) winds took all all the power in my beautiful little town of Pleasant Garden, NC. NC in August is HOT! I have 2 freezers full of food prepared for winter and the power may be off several days. This little gem gives me 12 hours run time on a tank of gas. It’s a life saver!

when I received the generator it had a defective starter switch . It took several weeks to get the backorded part .to arrive .Installation was not ez . Works fine now.

Just what I neede

I received a generator that the motor was apparently locked up. After many communications with service with limited success, I contacted customer service and the generator was replaced. The new unit works perfectly and I am very happy

Dependable and powerful

I bought this nearly 3 years ago (may have been a previous model but it looks identical). Thankfully have only had to use it a few times. We have a large house with well pump, septic pump, sump pump that runs frequently and cannot afford to lose power, central AC and heat. I had a transfer switch installed by the side door of my garage, and once I found the right cord and adapter I was pleased to find that it worked flawlessly with this generator to power the whole house. I was able to use the furnace fan and gas furnace in addition to powering the well pump, septic lift pump, sump pump, water softeners, fridge, internet router and all the lights. Very impressive. I have not tried to run our central AC unit but I think I probably could if I turned off some other things.
It starts up great even when not run for several months. I just recommend either keeping the starter battery plugged in or remembering to charge it periodically (otherwise you can still pull start it).

Quality Generator

Looked at reviews and for the price I thought it had best combination of power and accessories compared to other models that came with no accessories. Followed directions it started right up got my sump pump going , numerous fridges, TV / gaming system going and solved my issues in a critical time of need.
