We purchased this to power our home during power outages. Haven't needed it yet, but during testing worked great! Even the electrician was impressed.

The Westinghouse WGen7500 7500/9500 portable generator is a solid, reliable beast that won't let you down. And bells and whistles a plenty like hour meter, gas gauge, battery start, remote fob starter. Wow! Loving it.

Easy and convenient start

I live in Florida. After the past two hurricane seasons caught me off guard I decided to purchase a generator for the next season and potential power outage. I also bought a transfer switch kit to connect the generator to my home and it works like a dream. It is a gas engine so it is a little loud, but to be expected.
I would recommend this to a friend!

I haven't used it yet but i wanted to buy a generator before hurricane season but after reading all the reviews on the computer, I think I bought the right one because this looks really nice and fancy and hope I don't have to use it anytime soon, but I really believe that I picked the best one out there today.

Outstanding! Great Value

This generator is powerful and efficient. It supports the lights, the refrigerator, the hot water, computers and heat in the house when the storms shut down the grid. With just the press of the fob-the generator's on and we have electricity. It's a great value and a welcome backup system.

Easy assembly, and nice looking generator

Along with a manual transfer switch and outside outlet, or should I say inlet, this is ideal for the occasional power outages we have. It is powerful enough to power the necessary things such as refrigerators, freezers and lights to get you through until service is restored
