Started right up with the keyfob on 1st crank. Runs great.could be a bit more quiet but not as loud as other brands. Tested load with large vintage space heater on high,performed well. Would prefer the Cover rather than the Power Strip as a bonus,willing to wait until available.

Will use for power outages. I would have given a 5 star rating if there were actually an useful tools in the tool kit. only came with a spark plug wrench, but no other items to help put the wheel kit parts to the frame of the generator or to attach the battery cables to the battery.

Great customer service from Jeremy at Electric Generators Direct, they didn't even charge my credit card until it was delivered. We Ordered this generator late in the hurricane season and got it two days prior to Irma! I assembled the wheels, put oil and gas in it, and it ran flawlessly for the next ten days. I ran it about half its rated capacity and it ran for 12 hours per tank of gas. I'm changing the oil now and draining the gas so its ready for the next one. Very happy with this purchase, highly recommended! I also recommend a generator transfer switch wired to your house to protect the linemen repairing the grid.
