Experience after the purchase of my WGen7500

I purchased this generator about 2 years ago. Kept up maintenance and have used no more than 8 times for and less than 8 hrs with each use. Now I have an issue with getting the equipment started. I was drawn to your product by the review at the time of my purchase and the convenience of the remote start option. Currently it is being examined by Small Engine Repair shop. If recommended it will be with reservations.

Gas only review

So I bought this a couple months ago. Worked great the first time. After that the electric start did not work. No big deal I was able to use the recoil to start the generator to power our house in a power outage.
I connect the support team and they promptly sent out a new start stop button and control module. I replaced those and still did not fix the problem. I then tried the fuel solenoid that they suggested. Still didn’t fix the electric start problem. Still trying to work with them to get this fixed. Just glad I can still use the pull start/recoil to start it. A little frustrating to say the least though.

Great for first 2 minutes 🤔

I just added first quart of oil and fresh, treated fuel and was pleased to see it started right up from battery. But it only ran a couple minutes before shutting down. Repeated once more. When I looked it up on troubleshooting chart l found it may have a faulty oil level sensor. Will be contacting support.

Great features! Excellent Price! Easy Set Up!

I purchased this product earlier this month. My Electrical Contractor recommended this unit as capable, easy to use and reliable. The generator arrived and set up was easy.
I did have a small problem with an electrical connection cord that needed to be made. A quick call to Customer Service for guidance and the unit was ready for it's first start-up. The remote electric starter worked flawlessly and the unit was running!
This system will be a huge benefit the next time our power goes out. I almost can't wait!

Easy set up

So far, so good. Setup was easy and started on 1st try. Have run it about 2 hours into break- in period with minimal load. Works great.
