Have not had to use yet, but love the electric start and remote. May eventually get the switch also. Very sturdy and well made which also makes it a bit heavy. No louder than my 3200w predator.

Quick Setup from out of the box. A nice unit!

We bought this three days ago as thunderstorms and 97 mph storms knocked out electricity to thousands of homes in N.E. Indiana. Just followed the Easy Start Card and in 15 minutes had everything ready to go. Just added gas as the oil was included and fired it up. It saved our 2 freezers of food in the basement and our 2 refrigerators in the house and garage. I thought it was pretty quiet for as large as it is! I would and will recommend this generator to my friends and relatives!!

Just received my 7500w generator and was amazed of all the extras. Has all the necessary bells and whistles plus it run quieter than my old one. Really glad I did my homework and bought this. Recommend for hassle free operation.
