The generator is great but I need a cover badly. I think it is really sh------. That this company charges so much for this item but short changes by not providing a cover. This item should be in the crate with the generator as part of the purchase. Everyone needs this item. The company is sh-------. on the public by not offering this as part of the purchase.

Well made and much quieter than others

Very easy to assemble ten minutes and I was ready to push the start button. Started right up,tested the remote and was able to start and stop it from inside my home The data center is nice it has a frequency mode so you can adjust ( 60hrtz is ideal for all your finicky tech) mine was at 61.2 which would be fine It's definitely well made and much quieter than others I've owned Very happy

Easy to start and runs smoothly

It doesn't loose power when things are added after its running. It keeps up, even though the rpms go up to maintain the load it does it smoothly and keeps a steady sound level.

Best Value for the Money

This is my second generator, a must for anyone living in a hurricane prone area. This model is an electric start which is like heaven. Trying to start a generator from a pull rope isn't easy especially when you are a little older like me. We removed it from the box, added oil and gas and started it. It started the first time!! Super easy. Hope I don't need it this hurricane season but I feel much better knowing that I have it.

Just opened and assembled. No issues except instructions show hooking battery cables red to negative and black to positive poles. Small engine repair shop said no, and to hook up as normal. Easy start. Did not use as yet. Will hook to transfer switch later.
