All I can say is I love it. Love the remote start, Makes me be at ease that my wife can push a button to start and not pull a chord.

Great Purchase

Just bought this generator. It's my first generator and I wasn't sure how to operate one or what I needed to do to et ready for a storm. I live in the Florida panhandle and we've had two storms in two years. I researched portable generators and this one came highly reviewed by experts and received high customer reviews. I got this set up in no time and tested it out. Easy to start. Runs well. Haven't tried it out in a storm, but I'm sure it will operate well and provide the power I'll need.

EZ Setup,Nice Quality

Started right up with the keyfob on 1st crank. Runs great.could be a bit more quiet but not as loud as other brands. Tested load with large vintage space heater on high,performed well. Would prefer the Cover rather than the Power Strip as a bonus,willing to wait until available.

At this point all instructions were clear and easy to understand. Only exception was in one of the information papers you made reference to the power plug and the red and were reversed. In the manual all was correct. The unit started as it should and ran well.It was quiet compared to a 5000W that I have. At this point I would recommend for the engineering and the placement of controls..
