We purchased in case we have another hurricane this year. We needed electric start. We did a lot of shopping before deciding on this generator. Excellent features and well made.
Started right out of box, powered all test equipment but I purchased for hurricane and have not used it for that purpose. Push button starter is great for me being a woman. Tested perfectly for my oxygen tank.
Opened the box upon delivery and I'm very impressed so far. Installed the wheels and feet and looked through the included parts and pieces. For the price this generator is hard to beat!
Highly recommend for household power during storms

Packaging and instructions are excellent; supplied maintenance chart is rare item and is great asset. Quality of the parts, design and assembly are very well done, worth the cost. Listed features like data center screen, battery charger, auto start and controlled rpm for good power puts it above other units in its category.
Just received and tried out the 7500 yesterday. We had an auxiliary switch installed to bring power into the house. The first words my electrician said was, "Westinghouse is a good brand." The wheels and feet were easy to install. All parts were present. Used the remote to start it, and it fired up without hesitation. It is quieter than some other brands I have seen, even though the other units were smaller. When we switched the house to generator power, you couldn't tell the difference from regular power. One pleasant surprise-when the draw of generator power decreases, it runs quieter. Hopefully we won't need to use it often, but I feel pretty good about my 7500. It's even easy to maneuver using the built in handle.
Generator arrived as expected. Minor assembly required. The system fired right up. When put under a load, the unit didn't miss a beat. I'm extremely happy with the purchase and feel a sense of relief when it comes to worrying about future power outages.
