I've had my 7500/9000 Generator for 18 months now. Due to building a new home, I've needed to use it A LOT. Needless to say it has over 1400 hours on it. I've had a few minor hic-cups along the way - but the service that I have recieved has been top notch! Highly recommend!

as soon as I fire it up I will let you know . its in the laundry room stored since it arrived last sept. delivery was late the power came before the unit made it to my house. but hurricane season is coming again lol .a friend works for hurricane recovery emergency service and he swears by them

So pleased with this model. Once I put it together, added the fluids, she fired right up. To my surprise it is not as loud as other generators that I've heard in the past. I have not connected my transfer switch up to it yet, but when I do, I'm sure I will have no issues. I'm glad I chose this over the generac.
