I bought this product for back up power during power outages. this was super simple to set up and start. very heavy duty and works flawlessly and was quieter than I expected. I would certainly recommend this product to anyone looking for an alternative power source...

Does not run

Brand new unit doesn't run and Westinghouse will not warranty. Was received as a gift so we do not have the original receipt. Which conveniently Westinghouse says the unit was not purchased through one of their dealers, but they cannot show that proof either. No attempt to work with me on another solution, just left high and dry with a non-working unit.
No, I would not recommend this to a friend.

I bought this generator to power parts of my home when there is a power outage. It’s ready to go when that time comes. Every thing about this generator is top notch! It’s a breeze to set up. The Manual covers everything you need to know. Runs Beautifully. For the size, I’m surprised how quiet it is. I start it up just to plug thing into it…. Fantastic!!

I bought the WGen 7500/9500 and it fired right up with no problems right out of the box after adding fluids. It came very well packed and was a breeze putting wheels and feet on it. Really like the Key fob start !! Great quality.
