I bought this generator due to power outages in our rural neighborhood, and am so happy I did because it is exactly what we needed.

After receiving, assembly was a breeze. Impressed on how machine is designed to power up, then load up, appon start up and unload and power down. This machine is truly set up for standby backup power but, with portable capabilites. It also appears that they test fire this unit at the factory before they ship it, per the label on the oil fill port (stating they had drained the oil). Indicates to me that they are taking extra steps at making sure they are shipping a quality product.

This Gen runs but no Electrical output. Getting in contact with customer service and see how it goes from there. Will post update.

I BOUGHT THE GENERATOR 1 MONTH AGO, ARRIVED IN GREAT SHAPE WITH NO DAMAGES. EASY ASSEMBLY AND SETUP.
TEST RAN WITH NO ISSUES. HOPE I NEVER NEED TO USE IT,

When it is running works great.

We have only had this since 12/2019. And we are having trouble with the battery not being strong enough to use the remote start and now the automatic choke is not working properly. Just a bit frustrating to say the least.
