Arrived in good condition, 07/31/2020 as promised. Minor assembly required and was easy. The owners manual and instruction booklet are excellent. Looks good with many good features.

Well designed, easy to assemble, great features. Fired right up with the electric start feature. Haven't used it yet, but there is a hurricane headed our way. Very satisfied so far and happy that I chose this model with more power and features.

Generator is dependable and easy to start

Haven't had a utility power failure since purchasing generator but when it happens it will be ready to run all necessary circuits to keep home comfortable. Sump pump, furnace, frige, garage door opener, security system and some lighting. Feel more Secure during storms.

I have purchased smaller generators before and regretted it. This has all the bells and whistles and does the job. Remote start was a bonus. Can’t wait to try it out camping.
