Great Emergency Generator

I recently purchased this generator to help provide power in various situations, primarily in case of a power outage at my home. The power output of this unit is suitable for many of my main appliances and will anything I need in the event of an emergency. It's sturdy, but not too heavy and is relatively easy to move around considering it's around 200 lbs. The noise level is acceptable, with windows and doors closed it's just a steady hum in the background. I honestly hope I never need to use it much, but I have some solid peace of mind with this unit.

Easy & Reliable

I bought this a few years ago and finally have had a chance to use it during power outages this past winter. So easy to start up using both the remote and the push to start. This model runs everything I would need during an outage and more! The only thing I did not run was the hot tub and clothes dryer. Runs a good amount of time on a full tank so not having to worry about getting up multiple times at night to fill it is a bonus!

This generator is very well made. I spent a month looking at generators and chose the Westinghouse. It had all the features that I was looking for: elect start, remote starting/auto choke. It is capable of running the well and water heater at the same time which is what I needed most. Perfect for a country home in the hills. Very happy with my purchase!!!
