Very satisfied with the quality. I like the recommended maintenance sheet that it comes with. The instructions are very clear on how to change to a floating neutral setup.

Not so good right from the start....

Right out the box, Mode display doesnt work correctly and 20A outlets are not getting power to them. It does seem like a very good/solid generator. Im confident customer service will get it fixed

Perfect fit for my needs

I bought this generator for home standby. The generator started right up after set up. Setup was easy and I not longer worry about Random Texas winter storms any longer.

Simple to set up and start

I am not mechanically inclined and was reluctant to start it up until I had it nearly a year. However, the instructions were quite clear and best of all, even after a year the battery was still charged enough to start it up. I was impressed with the thought that went into organizing it down to the clip in for the battery and the carabiner clip for the remote. I'd definitely recommend this for someone who isn't confident with their mechanical skills.

We had an old generator that was not easy to operate. This generator is easy to use and has an electric start and a battery!
