I bought this this month and am testing it out before hurricane season kicks in. I have called the representative number and spoke to a Susie who was so helpful

Started right up and looks sturdy, One issue is that we saw there was a dent in the side bar after we set it all up so that's disappointing but doesn't seem to impact operation.
