Worked well. Purchased for a 12 hour planned power outage by Edison. It's a bit loud.

I bought this generator in February of 2021. Fortunately, I didn't use it yet but I had to learn how it works and test it. I am impressed at the many features on the generator like several ways to turn it on an off. It's a really cool piece of merchandise. I'm sure it will work just fine when the time comes to use it so it can keep my family comfortable and safe.

I did a ton of research and narrowed it down to this unit. It arrived perfect. I read some units arrived damaged. Mine was perfect. Took 5-10 minutes to connect wheels and fill included oil. Fired up immediately. I let it run while I walked to neighbors to hear it. This unit is listed at 64db. It is quieter than my previous 4kw. Neighbor was surprised it was way quieter than his new 5.5kw champion. I’m very pleased.
