Great power for the money. With electric start and remote start, it's very user friendly and easy to operate. Large handle and wheels make it east to move around despite its over 200 lb weight.

Put oil and gas in the generator, hooked up the battery and cranked it right up. I am still not sure of the purpose of the Westinghouse ST switch terminal as I can find no information on this item. It appears this generator is just as easily hooked up to a manual transfer switch as any.

WITH SOME SPECIAL CABLE, NOT INCLUDED. CAN BE AUTOMATIC START UP WHEN POWER FAILS, COM CAN START WITH A KEY FAB. PROBLEM; LITTLE RED CIRCLE IN FILL TUBE FELL APART, DON'T KNOW WHAT IT IS EVEN FOR? INSTALL BATTERY BEFORE YOU INSTALL WHELL.

Very simple to set up generator and get it running. Instructions were very easy to follow and the engine cranked up on the second pull. Later I used the electric start which worked fine

Some difficulties setting up

I had some minor difficulties setting up the unit. The instructions contained a contradiction with respect to the cables to hook up to the battery. Had some trouble starting initially, but after checking the spark plug to make sure it was secure, it started with no problems. A licensed electrician installed a transfer switch and we tested the unit to make sure it could handle the circuits needed. It had no problem running my furnace, tv, fridge and several small appliance in addition to lights. Hopefully I never need to use it, but now I'm ready for an extended power outage.

Received in great shape, Built Sturdy, Easy Assembly (Only feet, Wheels and a single Battery Connection) Instructions were clear and easy to understand This item has many handy features others generators we looked at don't such as Battery (Included), Remote Start, Folding Handle (Space saver) , Battery Charger, Fuel Gauge, Low Oil auto shutoff. Started up easily, ran thru a warmup session no problem
