It's almost too good to be true. Excellent Features at an affordable price. I will no longer be at the mercy of the electric utility company after a storm.

I did a lot of research before making this purchase, and am glad I chose it. I was very impressed with how easy it was to prepare for operation. Didnt have to go looking for tools, oil, or funnel. It was all included. Literally 15 minutes after delivery, it was running. I'm looking forward to our next power outage !

This was most complete product that I have purchased in years. The only tool that I need to get my generator unpacked and ready to go was a knife to open the box. The wrench needed to complete assembly was included, the motor oil and even the funnel needed was included. The battery connection involved connecting a quick disconnect plug. Even the battery had a charge. The features and the ease of use make this one of the best purchases that I have made in years. I love it!

This generator was louder than expected and the plastic wheels are a cheap feature on such a heavy, expensive piece of equipment

Quality made product! Just received this generator today, unboxed and prepped to run for the first time. It started up perfectly, much quieter than I anticipated, and ran smooth as silk! The electric and remote start is such a handy addition. At a hefty 250 lbs., I was surprised how easily I was able to move it around with its super-study handle and large wheels. Can't wait to hook it up to the house tomorrow to test its power. Love it!
