Excellent generator

Purchased this generator during a power failure. Had a smaller Igen 2500 that works very well for our camping trips. . Decided to purchase larger one to run household items. Easy to start and works for exactly what we need.

Nice Generator

The generator was shipped in a timely manner. It was easy to assemble and started with no problem. Initial run indicates that the generator has sufficient power to run everything that I expect to in the event of a power outage.
The only issue is that the generator arrived with a damaged recoil assembly. As a result, the manual pull start rope would not recoil properly. I contacted the service department, and they are shipping a new recoil assembly.
I would recommend this to a friend!

Easy to follow instructions, put in oil and gas pulled the rope a few times to lube engine hooked up the battery and it fired right up. Very pleased.
