I purchased this generator in the event we lose power from a hurricane. FPL does a great job restoring power and our utilities are under ground. So, if we lose power, it is typically for 2-3 days. This unit will run my entire house.

Great item for home power as well as a GREAT! value. Look at this one if you are looking for a house back up generator. Good Strong features and really easy to set up and use. Now, thought I would never say this but ready for a power outage to try this baby out!

This will be an emergency generator for the home. I've wired into a sub-panel that can be activated as needed. I would likely rate it 5-stars were it not for the terrible shipping issues below.

Purchased this based on other reviews. This in a heavy duty well built generator. I have owned several generators in the past. This one impresses me by far. Well built and the remote start is incredible. I especially like the combo hour, Voltage, and frequency meter. Simple to assemble and get it going the first time. Quieter than expected and produces power as it should.

We just lost power for the first time and this runs everything in our house. With animals on the property and needing to get water to them this comes in handy. I also work from home and with this I no longer need to pack up my things and work from Dunkin' any more.
