Have the unit all set, that we smoothly. Haven't had a need to use it yet, but don't anticipate any problems.

Purchased this unit because we lose power ever storm and with winter coming we did not want to freeze lol. Have not used it yet but did test it out with the transfer switch and it powered everything we had connected to it.
