Tight product, almost perfect receipt

I have only ran the generator on small loads for short duration however I had zero issues with operation. My one gripe was that the product was delivered with the battery quick connect hot wire and the generator got wire disconnected from the solenoid. I think there is a nut missing that holds the wire ends on the solenoid but this was a pretty easy fix

Good Quality, Sturdy!

Bought this to replace a small generator that could not connect via a transfer switch. I am very impressed with the quality of the build and the heavy duty, sturdy frame. It was easy to assemble, and it started up right away. It is even quieter than I expected. I am very happy with this purchase.

Best home investment

Excited to have this generator hooked up to our home! After the Texas snowstorm, I did research to find a suitable generator for pur 1600 sqft home and this does the trick! Our electrician who installed our switch said he thought this model was great for when your can't rely on the utility company to power your home.

I recently purchased this unit and found it very easy to set up. Following the instructions was easy and necessary for someone making an initial purchase of a generator. Noise level was not as bad as had been anticipated.

Bought our unit as a backup for the home power supply. I appreciate the remote start capability and flexibility of third-party add-ons to convert to tri-fuel. Will be connecting mine to natural gas. Thanks for a sturdy, well-made product.
