Solid product, issues with battery indicator light

Great product. Solid build. Easy setup. Unfortunately the battery indicator light stays on after shutdown. Support said this is a flaw and trying to get it resolved.

Affordable and powerful, the best of its class...consumer reports rates it well and I agree. Easy to unbox and assemble, remote start is very convenient and works great, plenty of power produced, and easy access to gas shutoff. It is a heavy piece of equipment, but the wheels help you get it where you need it to be. It's loud, but so is any open framed generator...it's more tolerable than others in my experience.

So far the item appears to be what I will need to power the major appliances and gas heating systems. From what i read (reviews) it should be more than adequate. When I get it out of the box and running, I will be better able to provide a complete review.
