Equipment ran great

I was able to get the generator two days before the storm hit here in Houston (Beryl).
My son and I were able to put it together following the direction without any problems
We ran the generator for one full day without any issues.
Best purchase I ever made.

An excellent purchase with one exception

I don’t know much about generators, but this one seems pretty amazing. Having no faith that I could manually start a generator I opted for the electronic start and it does not disappoint. The key fob is a bonus for sure, but not entirely necessary. It was easy to set up and start up with no trouble. Right off the bat, I went to put the feet on and one of the welds was misaligned. It took me a good while to chisel it out. Needless to say that was disappointing. Other than that, I am very satisfied with my purchase and still feel it deserves five stars.

Great buy!

The Westinghouse generator 7500/9500w is awesome. We purchased it after a Hurricane hit our town the other day and we are very pleased with this product. I am currently using it to plug up my deep freezer, fans, lamp, cell phones ,tv and portable air conditioner!

Remote start up

I ordered this big boy for my elderly dad, it has kept the fridge running along with 3 fans , phones charged and we connect the electrical range as needed. It took a day for us to figure out how to enable the auto remote control. Luckily my cousin came over to help and you have to connect the battery it has to them be able to enable the auto remote control start which was one of the reasons o went with this generator. My dad would not be able to do the traditional pull plug to get it started, heck I could not even get mine going during the last hurricane at my house, I had to get help from my neighbors. The only thing is this baby is a gas quencher so keep that in mind get more than one big gas tanks for back up. We had a 5 and 2.5 gas tanks that we are having to fill up daily. I am so happy after the tornado I made this purchase for my dad so we were ready for Beryl. Still waiting for power to be restored right now but thanks to this big boy he is as comfortable as can be for now.

Started Right Up!

Travelled 200 miles for a generator after 3 days without power after a hurricane. Got this home, put it together per manufacturers instructions, and then hit the start button. Started up like a champ. Glad to have a quality generator that works when you need it.

I purchased this generator in June of 2024 and had to use it in July of 2024. This model worked very efficiently with my house. It was awesome. A product very well made.
