Great features!

We lost power for a week here in Texas during our big winter storm. I wanted a reliable generator so that never happens again. This is just that! I highly recommend Westinghouse products.

Easy to get started

I bought this a couple of months ago along with a manual transfer switch. The setup was very easy and did not take long. It starts up quickly. In cold weather you need to adjust the choke. Once I did that, it started right away.

This Generator has plenty of bang for the buck !

This generator had everything I could ask for as for features and the remote start was an added feature that an amputee with one leg could surely use. Its seems to be very well built , with a heavy duty frame. I am glad I bought this generator , I'm sure with proper maintenance it will provide years of service.

Easy Setup, Started right out of the box!

Product arrived in perfect condition and all the listed accessories in the box. I had read some reviews that not everything was in the box. Assembly of the wheels and legs was super simple. After adding oil and gas I pulled the starter rope slowly a couple times to get some oil on the internal parts, then I pushed the electric starter button and it immediately started! I was also impressed with how quiet it runs....much quieter than my old 4200 watt generator. Haven't hooked it up to the house yet to give it a trial yet, but I'm really impressed with this machine so far! Should have gotten an electric start YEARS ago!

works well however run/stop switch was broken

works well however the electric start stopped working due to a bad run / stop switch. tech was very helpful and sent a new switch immediately.
