Took out of box and was ready to run in less than 10 minutes. This generator was a life saver because of rolling blackouts in TX.

Just got it one day the power went off the next day it fired up on the first time and done its job with no problems for 18hrs

Fortunately, I haven't had a real opportunity to use the generator yet, but I am confident that it will work as advertised. Setup, including instructions, was easy to do/follow. So far... I'm happy with my purchase.

Excellent Quality and Features

I bought this generator late last year as I needed a unit that could power the basic house functions during a power outage. This generator was very easy to setup, ran the first time I pushed 'Start', is quiet, and will easily handle my power needs for a 2000 sq ft home. The remote start is an added bonus I appreciate as my circuit panel is in another building. Now I don't have to run out in the freezing cold and snow to start/stop the generator.
