Exactly what I expected

Everything was packed well, product arrived undamaged. After going through the manual, adding oil and gas, it started right up, and ran for several hours with no hiccups. Very sturdy generator, very good output power, decent price for a generator in this price range. Would definitely recommend to anyone.

I have an older generator with a pull cord and at 78 yrs of age that can be a real challenge. The electric start makes this generator a great choice for older customers.
