I bought this generator 2 weeks ago and it has great features. I'm still waiting on a need to start it up but it should power most of my home.

Great Generator

Took 10 minutes to put on the Wheels and feet. Added oil and gas, it started right up. Ran it for 15 minutes, no hiccups. Hooked it up to the manual transfer switch and tested as a system, worked flawlessly. Great generator

Living in CA, we have planned power outages by PG&E in advance of wind events, which sometimes last for days. as a senior, A/C and food storage in the summer, and heat and food storage in the winter are must haves. I'm too old to be yanking on a starter cord anymore!
This lovely generator checks all the boxes... auto electric and remote start, ample power, easy charging, and simple operation.

This a fantastic generator. The packing of the generator was perfect and arrived is perfect condition. This generator includes everything you need to get setup except the fuel. They include all the tools needed for the minimal assembly (wheels and foot pegs). They even include the required 1 quart of oil. Assembly required about 10 minutes to connect the wheels (no tools needed) and bolt on the foot pegs (4 bolts) and they included the wrench for this. They have also included an angled funnel to pour in the included engine oil. After I added fuel, connected the quick connect battery plug and turned on the fuel feed the generator started right up with a press of the button on the included remote. They have also included a battery tender to keep the starter battery charged when the generator is stored. I also tried the pull start and it was very easy to pull and the generator started on the first pull. This generator is also extremely quiet for the amount of power it puts out. I would say its not much louder than the two small 2200 watt Red branded models that I am replacing with this generator. I would highly recommend this generator as a backup power source for your home, farm, RV or anything else you might need backup power for.

After spending lots of time reading up on generators and reading reviews, I decided on the Westinghouse WGEN7500. Not too big, not too small and great reviews. It ticks all the boxes.
