Easy to use right out of the box. Love the remote starter!
A little loud but if you don't mind it's a good option for the money.

the only thing was the battery was without a charge on it!

Runs great. Easy instructions. I took it on a trial run after I installed it and powered my furnace, well and hot water heater will no issues.

We purchased this a month ago and had a question which was answered by customer service immediately. I believe this will be a fantastic generator, it seems well made and runs quietly. We have yet to have to put it to the test but our expectations are high :)
