I unpacked the generator and was happy to find the battery already installed and the bottle of oil ready to put in. The instructions were easy to follow and in no time the generator was running.
Seems like a good generator but my new Samsung refrigerator trips the generator. No one at the hotline could help me, so I had to figure it out myself by using only the twist lock outlet.
Bought this last week and started first try. Not as loud as my other generators. Only drawback was when received had big dent on frame around control panel.
We bought this in January, and have not had the chance to use it yet but it has run good on our test runs! It is a huge peace of mind to have this incase we need it! We did need an electrician friend to hook it up to our house. We did choose to purchase the power cord to hook it up as well as it did not come with that.
I just bought this generator, and it's hard to believe the value. Remote start, battery start, manual start, internal recharge on the battery, covered 120 and 240 receptacles, and more. It took about 30 minutes or so to unbox, assemble, start up, and program the remote start fob. Nearly $100 a few weeks ago spent to rent a generator, this will pay for itself in no time flat. As Warren Buffett says, price is what you pay, value is what you get. I feel like I got way more value than what I paid.
