Haven't had to use it yet but excited!

Haven't had to use it yet but excited to use it the next time we lose power. It gives us great peace of mind knowing we have our own generator. We plan to have an electrician install a transfer switch for easy hook up.

Nice Generator

Nice product, but I had adapt the feet. When I went to put feet on, screws did not line up with nuts. The nuts were welded on off center. Also, you should think of another shipping company. They were horrible.

Easy to Use

We bought this a few months ago and finally got it hooked up. It was easy to get running and with a toddler in the house and a husband who works odd hours, I appreciate how easy it is to start with the push of a button. The switches are all well labeled and easy to find, so it's user friendly even for someone like myself who isn't mechanically inclined. The fact that it comes with a remote is an added bonus because if I wanted to shut if off when we go to bed, I don't have to leave my child alone in the house. Of course it's heavy, but the wheels are my friends! I'm very pleased with this purchase and relieved to finally have this peace of mind for our family since we tend to lose power frequently for days at a time lately.
