We purchased this to use during hurricanes, so we really haven't used it yet. But we did set it up and started it. We ran it about 15 minutes with no trouble. It arrived undamaged. It started on the third try since it was a new unit.

When it arrived, I unpacked the box, installed the wheels, attached the battery, added oil and gas, pushed the start button, and it started immediately. I was amazed. Powerful enough to run most appliances in my house at the same time. Very happy with the purchase especially at this price point!

Used mainly during power outages. Can run most of the house that does not require a lot of power, like the the a/c unit, without lag. Like anything else needs a little love to get going if haven't used for a while.

Started right out of box, powered all test equipment but I purchased for hurricane and have not used it for that purpose. Push button starter is great for me being a woman. Tested perfectly for my oxygen tank.

We purchased this generator for the hurricane season and hope we never have to use it. It is stored now and was very easy to maneuver. It is heavy and looks extremely well made and durable. We have no doubt we will be satisfied if we ever do have to use it..
