Love the remote start!

I just bought this on 3/26/19, it came really quick on 29th. Assembly was pretty straight forward and it took only about 15min to get it ready to run. I touched the remote start button and within couple of seconds it started (love that feature!) and I like the extra charger for the battery, when not in use, to keep it charged up.
After running it off and on for about 10min. it ran perfect, I just wish that it was little bit quieter, but I'm ok with it and I wish the fuel valve was little bit bigger and made from better material. Time will tell how trouble free are all the electronic gadgets but for now it's great.

Exceeded my expectations

It was exactly as described in marketing material. Assembly was very simple, it came with everything to make it fully functional, and the instructions were clear. It started up immediately and runs good under minimal load. I have not tested it for running the whole house yet but don’t expect any issues.

Bought this during a power outage in the middle of the corona virus outbreak. Kept the whole house going and the remote start is a great bonus.

Unreliable operation

Bought a year ago and and tested it a couple of times a few months apart. It refused to start when most needed, during a power outage. It did start the next day, then failed to start again after a few months.
If you cannot rely on a generator to operate when you need it, then it's obviously pointless to own it.

Plenty of options and Transfer Switch Ready

I purchased this after a recent storm took out our power. If you need to keep the fridge running and a few other items this will definitely do the job. We had a transfer switch installed and now this generator to keep us comfortable.This is the one item you alway say you should buy while you're lighting candles or sitting in your car to charge your cell phone. Product delivery was excellent and arrived with no damage. Push start and key fob is a nice added feature that I didn't find in other brands.

Better quality than I expected

Easy assembly took less than 5 minutes, unit started right up with no issues, quality is very good even the wheels have real roller bearings, this is the first night of use after a major storm it’s replacing an old 3500 watt unit that just didn’t have enough power to run the house, the unit has been running for past 2 hours with no issues, comes with a meter to watch volts, hertz and hour meter, and yes it even came with the battery, this unit is very simple to operate no messing with choke, simple push the start button on the unit or use the key fob remote, also the key fob remote has great distance

Great Emergency Generator

I recently purchased this generator to help provide power in various situations, primarily in case of a power outage at my home. The power output of this unit is suitable for many of my main appliances and will anything I need in the event of an emergency. It's sturdy, but not too heavy and is relatively easy to move around considering it's around 200 lbs. The noise level is acceptable, with windows and doors closed it's just a steady hum in the background. I honestly hope I never need to use it much, but I have some solid peace of mind with this unit.

Poorly constructed, cheap materials, unreliable

Everything is over machined, and with a combination of cheap materials, it means maintenance isn't really possible (you can't remove screws). They are also unreliable. I did all of the start-up prep when I first purchased the generator, but the first time I needed it for a real outage it was busted. Not a good generator.
No, I would not recommend this to a friend.
