Bought the WGen7500 to replace a 30 year old generator. The WGen was easy to assemble and use. Because I use a transfer switch, the instructions call for a ground wiring change on the generator. I followed the explicit instructions and all works well. It's definitely an upgrade from my older unit that was on it's last legs. We live in a heavily treed area in northern Connecticut so we lose power regularly. I am completely satisfied with my purchase. Great value.
I just bought it and it was very easy to assemble. The auto and remote start is fantastic. Much quieter than my current generator which is less wattage.
Surprised to find packaging included everything needed, including oil for the engine (but obviously no fuel). Assembly instructions were simple and clear. Unit powers everything in the house-freezer, refrigerators, microwave, coffee pot (most important), lighting-obviously not a/c. Computer system (which is connected to an inexpensive conditioner) runs fine with no complaints. Yes it’s heavy, but well balanced and relatively easy to move around with included handle. The handle folds down for easy storage. I haven’t put a scope on the output yet, so I can’t comment on the quality of the power. Thank you
