Just purchased and set up generator and so far, everything seems to be first class. Haven't had outage yet, so will have to wait and see how well it performs when we really need it.

A worthwhile investment that performs as advertised. Wish it was a bit quieter, but it's an improvement over my previous model. Overall, a good unit that is worth recommending. Swings above its weight class, especially for the price.

Support help needs help

Purchased machine over 1 year ago, not even 1 hour on it. Electric start capabilities failed less than 1 month old. Dealer too far, replaced Starter Button, NG, Replaced Controller, NG. Called to ask a simple question while panel open. Impossible. Rude Operator. Over a week to get Tech call back. Since it has taken over 1 year to get this far in exasperation, I feel a New replacement is warranted. Replacing panel parts piecemeal is not a proper support approach, To have the Repair Service pick it up, and deliver it with a loaner might be acceptable. What good is a Generator not being able to be used. I'm a Senior Citizen, and Electric start is a nice option when working.
No, I would not recommend this to a friend.
