This is our first generator. After hurricane Matthew last year, my husband spent hours researching generators, and decided to buy this one. We are currently using the generator, we lost our power from hurricane Irma on September 11, 2017 at 2am. We are using it for everything in the house except for the AC. It started right away, it was easy to assemble the wheels (no flat tires). Just had to attach the battery cables, oil & gas it up! A lifesaver!

This is a very nice size generator for it's size. Has a lot of features for the price. Real easy to assemble and started right up. Will be used for power when we loose electric for our home.

Highly recommended by Consumer Reports. I purchased this generator for emergency power. I also installed a 6 circuit transfer switch so it will seamlessly operate several select circuits in my home. The generator is super easy to operate right out of the box. I added the oil and gas. The auto start feature had the engine running in seconds. The manual pull start it fired right up. Like all other generators at this price point it is a bit loud. But, during an emergency situation I am sure my neighbors will enjoy the bottle of Jack I'll send over.

Product arrived early and was in pristine condition from delivery. Attaching wheels and posts was easy. The fact that Westinghouse provides the precise amount of 10w30 motor oil in the box made it all the more simple. Oh yeah, a funnel to assist with pouring in the wild as well! Put in fresh gas, opened the fuel lever and the push button start got the bad boy going right away.

the choice of starting procedures is hard to match. Battery could have a different location seems you might have to take the wheel off to replace battery. Otherwise , quite satisfied.
