Great Product

I bought this unit as a whole house back up. Living in Maine it is important to have backup power in the winter. This unit is easy to use, more than handles the load and was completely compatible with the transfer switch in my house.
I would recommend this to a friend!

This unit has a lot of great features. However more care needs to be taken in manufacturing. I had to replace the jets for high altitude and had a problem on multiple units having stripped out stand offs on the air boxes.

Bought this generator 1 & 1/2 month ago. Tried it right away using pull start & electric start - no problem- started right away. Will add a transfer switch so it is easier to use - no need to use at least 4 extension cords when in use.
I would recommend this to a friend!

My generator came on time. No damage. Started right up with absolutely no problems. Did a trial run with 2 refrigerators,1 lamp,computor and router,TV,Propane stove fan without any problem's. Looking forward to power outages. Bring um on.

Going to use as a backup to the house with a transfer switch. Easy set up, started fine and runs smoothly. The only downside is that the unit is loud, which was expected. Since it will only be used in emergencies, we can live with it
