machine started right up let run for about 15 minutes then hooked up to my house thru a transfer switch and ran it for about 1 hour on a load and also used a circular saw on it and had no problems. with the remote my wife has no problem starting the unit

The unit arrived with a broken electronic choke mechanism, I called and the girl ( Jen ) couldn't have been nicer or more caring, I filled out a damage report and took photos of the damage and they are sending me the new part, I got the damage report in my email BEFORE i even got off the phone with Jen. AWESOME customer service. And one the part arrives, the tech support will help with ANY questions i may have. "Stuff happens", but it;s GREAT to know, customer service has by back !!

Smartly engineered, easy to operate and service. I especially like that it is transfer switch ready. Hit the remote start and started right up. Plugged in my transfer switch cable and i was good to go. Love this generator!!

This is a replacement for an old generator. I live in SW Florida so, for me, a generator is a necessity. This unit has a lot of great features. It has 2500 more watts than my old one but what sold me were the great online reviews, electric start and the ability to hook this unit to my house power with a separate kit and an electrician. Directions are straight forward. I'm very pleased with my new generator.
